CHANGES TO ORDER:
How far in advance can changes to an order be made?
Changes to number of items purchased or division of types of items purchased (ie; change from 6 peanut butter 6 chocolate chip) can be made up to 3 days prior to delivery.

Changes to location or date of delivery can be made up to 24 hours prior to delivery.
CANCELLATIONS:
How far in advance can you cancel?
Cancellations on paid orders can only be made up to 5 days before a delivery. Ingredients need to be purchased and planning made to accommodate orders as I am the only baker, so
cancellations would be detrimental to the organized structure of my business.
How much money is returned if able to cancel?
If any special items were required for the order; such as frosting sheets with designs, or decorations, there will be no refund for those costs.
Remainder can be refunded if requested 5 days prior to delivery date.

Are they able to use the money paid for a future order?
Within the 5 day time frame, a refund will not be issued. However, a credit toward a future order can be applied.
REFUNDS:
What warrants a refund?
A refund will only be given for non-specialty items where a request has been made 5 days prior to delivery.
How much of the order will be refunded for these situations?
Full refunds (minus special items) will be given prior to 5 days before delivery.
Situation 1: Issues with taste.
Although I have yet to encounter this, I will consider people have different likes and dislikes when it comes to flavoring. The bakery will give a 1 time 50% refund in this instance upon return of
order.
Situation 2: Customer drops or damages order after delivery.
No refunds will be given.
Situation 3: Design doesn’t meet the clients’ expectations.
Proofs with be sent prior to making items. So there will be approval required before proceeding. No refunds will be given in this instance.
Situation 4: Cookie care instructions were not followed.
Cookies, like many baked goods, can be kept at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight for no more than 3 days. If issues occur because this was not adhered to, no refunds will be given.
Disclaimers:
There may be some artistic differences from the inspiration photo. Approval of proofs are acceptance of those differences.
When an order is delivered or picked up it is considered “accepted”. You are responsible for the condition of the order once it leaves
All cookies are custom, made to order.
> Min 12 cookies must be ordered for each digital image requested.
> Cookies are roughly 3 inches in diameter.
> Cookies can come individually heat sealed, if requested.
For Digital Orders:
Please do not forget to attach your image (.JPG or .PNG files) when requesting printed designs.
Please make sure your cookies stays out of direct sunlight, away from a heat source, and is in a cool shaded area. Do not refrigerate as this can cause them to condensate when you take them out and damage the image.
Please allow up to 1 week for your cookies to be made and dried prior to pickup/delivery. Due to the nature of the item no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.
